We can't speak highly enough of our experience working with Andrew as our realtor, both for selling my old property and purchasing a new one. Andrew is always super quick in his responses (usually within 1-2 minutes!) and very reliable. In this market, it's not easy to get your offer accepted but Andrew was able to beat out 19 (!) other offers on our dream home through his creativity in drafting contract terms that were both favorable for the seller but also protective to us as the buyer. When we sold our condo, Andrew spared no expense making sure our listing was top-notch. The staging, photography, video...everything made it look really great to prospective buyers and we ended up with multiple offers and got a price well above what I had even hoped for.
